Service Description

*Make sure you are cleared by your GP or medical practitioner before undertaking exercise.* This low-impact class is here to help maintain your health and fitness during your pregnancy and your postpartum journey. This exercise program is designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy & once the little bub is earth-side. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training.

Cancellation Policy

We want the classes to start on time to ensure you get the most out of your 45-minute training session. To do this, arrive 5 minutes before the class starting time. If you are running late, please inform us by messaging Mai in the Wix App. The coach and crew will try to bring you up to speed when you arrive. To receive a refund on your booked class, you must cancel the class at least 5 hours in advance. If you cancel your booked class later than that, it will be seen as a 'class taken' and deducted from your class pass total. To ensure the waitlist can be enforced, please cancel your class through the app or message Mai if you cannot make it to the class. All classes are capped at 8 participants. Everyone else wanting to book in for the class will be added to the waitlist. Classes will only run with three or more participants.
