Hi, I’m Mai.

I’m a women’s health and fitness coach, and I started Mai Method because I was tired of seeing women work incredibly hard and still feel like they were failing.

I spent years trying everything myself, before I found what actually works. Not just for a season, but for life.

Now I work with women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies for the long run. Training, nutrition, the mindset stuff nobody else wants to talk about, built around what works in real life, for real women balancing work, family, hormones, and everything in between.
