What does a typical coaching session look like?
Each session is personalised to you. We’ll start with a check-in to review progress, challenges, and wins. Then, we’ll dive into nutrition strategies—whether that’s adjusting macros, improving meal balance, navigating cravings, or debunking myths. One thing is sure, after each coaching session, you'll leave with clear, actionable steps to keep moving forward. Plus, I’m here for support between sessions, so you're never figuring it out alone.
How long does a coaching program last?
Any coaching program requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. This gives us enough time to make meaningful progress, build sustainable habits, and see real results. These 12 weeks allow us to facilitate long-term change and build a solid foundation that lasts. Many clients choose to continue beyond this period for ongoing support, but the initial commitment ensures you have the time needed to see real shifts in your nutrition and mindset.
How long will it take to see results?
This depends on your goals, starting point, and consistency. Sustainable progress takes time, and I focus on long-term results rather than quick fixes. Some clients notice improvements in energy and digestion within weeks, while body composition changes may take longer. My goal is to help you build habits that last, so you don’t have to keep “starting over.”
